• It must be in the original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items marked Final Sale

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. 🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@khanrifat.com.

5. 🚚 Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of return.

6. ❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
